Introduction

The intent of this book is to present a unique, theologically sound interpretation of each of the seven days of creation which will in turn lead to a much greater understanding of the Holy Scriptures; an understanding that will provide a refreshing wind to the churches.

Biblical hermeneutics, being the art and science of interpreting the communication of God to man, becomes quite challenging when trying to close the understanding gap between the minds of the communicator and the receiver with respect to the creation narrative. It is hindered by one's resistance to presuming that beneath the surface of Scripture lies the true meaning. There seems to be varying thresholds of this resistance. For example, extreme typology when used in interpreting the book of the Revelation of Jesus Christ may not be considered as bordering on the edge of allegorization or gnosticism; whereas when applied to Genesis 1, there's nothing short of blasphemy for anyone who dares to interpret apparent symbology within the creation narrative.

Be that as it may, the hat is tossed into the ring, and the game of interpreting the seven days of creation is afoot. The reader will discover that the first five days of creation contain the five spiritually discerned ingredients for building a school. Christ's death on the cross gave everyone the opportunity to receive eternal life in the kingdom of God. It is God's desire that we seek Him, develop within us the mind of Christ and encourage others to do the same. God is good to help those who desire to grow in Him. This help is provided in the form of a school. The foundational principles of this school are described at the very beginning of the Bible, mysteriously hidden within the creation narrative.

With this in mind, the following chapters will provide a rather interesting interpretation of the creation narrative and reveal hidden spiritual meanings behind each day of creation.
